Happy Tailz centralizes all your online store orders alongside bookings. This ensures your staff can easily track what needs to be shipped, picked up, or delivered.
Order Workflow
New Order Notification – You’ll receive an in-app and email alert.
View Orders – Navigate to eCommerce > Orders.
Update Order Status – Select an order, then choose:
Processing
Ready for Pickup
Shipped
Completed
Print Packing Slips – Available directly from the order screen.
Refund/Cancel Orders – Use the Refund option if payment was collected.
Best Practice
Designate one staff member per shift as the “eCommerce lead” to ensure timely fulfillment.
