Overview
Happy Tailz automatically sends email and SMS notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations. If customers aren’t receiving notifications, follow these steps.
Step 1: Confirm Notification Settings
Go to Settings > Notifications.
Ensure email/SMS templates are active.
Check that the customer has opted in for communication.
Step 2: Verify Contact Info
Open the customer profile.
Confirm phone number and email address are correct.
Step 3: Review Email Deliverability
Ask the customer to check their spam/junk folder.
Add “no-reply@happytailz.com” to safe senders.
Step 4: Run a Test Notification
From the booking screen, select Send Test Notification.
If the test fails, contact Happy Tailz Support.
