Happy Tailz makes it easy to manage customer and pet information in one place. This ensures staff have everything they need—from vaccination records to grooming preferences—at their fingertips.
Creating a New Customer Profile
Click Customers > Add New Customer.
Enter customer details (name, phone, email).
Add emergency contacts (optional but recommended).
Adding Pet Profiles
Within a customer record, select Add Pet.
Enter details such as breed, weight, birthday, and vet info.
Upload vaccination records (PDF, PNG, JPG supported).
Add grooming/boarding notes (e.g., “prefers oatmeal shampoo,” “anxious during storms”).
Best Practice Tips
Always keep vaccination records up to date—Happy Tailz will auto-flag expired ones.
Use Tags (e.g., “Senior Pet,” “Special Diet”) for quick staff reference.
Encourage customers to update profiles through the self-service portal.
