Scheduling Boarding & Grooming Appointments

Happy Tailz gives you a centralized calendar to manage all boarding and grooming appointments. This guide covers scheduling, modifying, and canceling bookings.

How to Schedule a New Appointment

1. Navigate to Calendar > New Booking.

2. Search for the customer or create a new one.

3. Select the pet(s).

4. Choose a service (boarding, daycare, grooming).

5. Assign a staff member or leave it unassigned.

6. Confirm details and click Save Booking.

Editing or Canceling a Booking

• Edit: Click the booking, select Edit, and update details.

• Cancel: Click the booking, then Cancel. Choose whether to apply a cancellation fee.

Recurring Appointments

• Happy Tailz supports recurring daycare or grooming sessions.

• Enable “Repeat Booking” and choose frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
