Welcome to Happy Tailz! Our platform is designed to simplify pet boarding and grooming operations so you can spend more time delighting your furry guests and less time wrestling with paperwork. This article will walk you through the basics of logging in, setting up your account, and preparing for your first booking.
Steps to Get Started

Log in
Visit app.happytailz.com
Enter your email and password (from your welcome email).
First-time users will be prompted to reset their password.

Set Up Your Business Profile
Navigate to Settings > Business Profile.
Add your business name, logo, hours of operation, and location(s).

Add Services
Go to Services > Create New Service.
Examples: “Full Grooming Package,” “Overnight Boarding,” or “Doggie Daycare.”
Set pricing, duration, and capacity.

Add Staff
Head to Staff > Add Staff Member.
Assign roles (Admin, Groomer, Front Desk, etc.).
Each staff member will receive an email invitation.

Test Your First Booking
Use the Test Booking Tool under Settings.
Walk through a fake customer booking to confirm calendars, pricing, and notifications are working correctly.
